Welcome to the very first edition of Behind The Lead!

Over the coming months we’ll be sharing more of what happens behind the scenes – from the people who care for your pups every day, to new adventures, training, safety initiatives and exciting improvements across the organisation.

👋 Meet Elle (She/Her)

One of the biggest changes this year has been welcoming Elle as our full-time Operations Coordinator and Lead Walker.

Elle is an experienced Senior Veterinary Nurse and Practice Manager with 10+ years across general practice, emergency, and mobile services.

She plays a leading role in supporting our professional walkers, improving and developing our operations and helping us continue delivering safe, enriching adventures for every dog.

🐶 Investing in Better Care

We’re continuing to invest in:

• Permanent, professional and qualified long term staff

• Professional development for all our walkers including in dog behaviour & handling

• Ongoing Pet First Aid training and incident response

• Enacting best practice, evidence based policies and procedures

• New safety equipment and operational improvements

• Better systems and technology

• A more sustainable and ethical business that can continue supporting our dogs and their families for years to come

From Thursday 13 August, our prices will be adjusted to reflect increasing operational costs and ongoing improvements to our services:

• Group Walk - Single Pass – $48

• Group Walk - 10 Pass – $450

• Sibling Walk - Single Pass – $75

• Sibling Walk - 10 Pass – $680

• Individual Walk - Single Pass – $70

• Individual Walk - 10 Pass - $670

• Adventure Walk - Single Pass - $100
